Yardley Primary School
We currently have 28 classes of mixed ability pupils across the 7 year groups, although setting in groups for some subjects will occur from Year 5.
In addition to the classrooms at present there are intervention teaching rooms, a media suite, a theatre and a library. There is also a separate dining room with a kitchen and a sensory garden. Some of the classrooms are grouped around the 3 halls, which are used for assemblies, P.E., drama and other activities. We also have an outdoor wildlife and forest school area, as well as a sports field including a football pitch and a MUGA (multi-use games area).
At Yardley the partnership between school, parents and the local community is mutually supportive and together we work for the good of the children.
