From entry-level courses to degree-level study, we serve all sections of our community: whether you want to take an evening course to get a taste of something new, get an Access diploma to go to university, or study full time on one of our vocational courses, we can help you realise your ambitions.

We were recently awarded Gold for our university teaching in the government’s new Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) – the highest possible award. This was due in part to our success in making our students feel supported and happy during their time with us: the National Student Survey in 2016 placed us joint fifth nationally for student satisfaction. At Leicester College, we’re proud to be a thriving, modern and diverse place to study. We offer a comprehensive range of technical, vocational and higher education qualifications across a broad range of subject areas, including ESOL, from entry to university level.

One of Leicester College’s most valuable resources is its experienced, professional and dedicated staff. We employ over 1,100 people, and over the last few years the College has invested £44 million in providing state-of-the-art facilities for learners and staff. But our investment in staff is ongoing.

We are one of the largest employers in Leicester, and our staff are as diverse as the communities we serve – they come from a wide range of different backgrounds and industries.
